Our law firm is located in San Antonio, Texas, but we also practice law in many of the surrounding Texas counties, including Bandera, Boerne, Comal, Guadalupe, Kerr, and Wilson, among others. Our primary focus is on criminal law cases (traffic tickets, DWI, drug cases, assault, theft, expunction and sealing records); family law (divorce, custody, visitation, modification, child support, grandparent access, CPS); personal injury (car wreck/auto accident, slip & fall, medical malpractice, prescription drugs, nursing home negligence); probate (wills, estates, and power of attorney); and bankruptcy. However, we do handle other cases as well, and will glad to refer you to another attorney if we do not handle a particular type of case.

We believe priority number one is listening to all of your needs first. Then we will explain in simple, easy to understand terms how we can best resolve your problem. In doing so, we will take whatever time is necessary to listen to your questions, and explain to you the basics of how the court system works. We will also try to give you all the pros and cons of your case right off the bat, so you know exactly where you stand. We want you to know all of your legal options and rights so that you can make a truly informed decision.

We pride ourselves on being a law firm that the average person can count on in a time of need, and also one they can actually afford to hire. We offer free consultations in the beginning of your case, and try to always quote you either a definite set fee, or a solid estimate of the fees for different stages of a case. In some cases, we can do the work for no money down and collect our fee from the other party. We will provide you with a specific written contract that spells out exactly what we intend to do for you, and what the estimated fees and court costs are in your case so that there will be no confusion or surprises. We also offer flexible payment plans and accept all major credit cards.

We also have a strict policy of being accessible to our clients as much as possible. Our general rule is to try and return every phone call the same day, or no later than the next business day. You will get to have regular contact with an actual attorney assigned to your case, and not be limited to talking to a legal assistant or secretary.
